I want to note a special thing I always nmotice about things when i am drunk.
Very suimple!-THINGS THAT ARE LITTLE TASKS THAT SEEM LIKE A PAIN INTHE ASS AREN’T A BIG DEAL WHEN YOUR ARE DUINK!:

-my cable cord is broken, so whenever I wanna watch tb, I gotta sniggle.muggle (whatevber that word is for moving shit around til it fits lol, seex metahpor), anyways,m I always ignore it, not when I am come home, fuckin wastinb I realixe it only takes an extra second outta my day to do it, so come on people and stop ignoring the little shit!

-Bikin (bicycle) while in-toxicated is faaaaaaaaar more entertaining that doing it sober and I suggest anybody out there losin their lust in biking to try it after a few drinks

So I haven’t lost any weight been cheatin too much or somethin, but I am feeling A LOT better! Yesterday my friend Katz gave me his bike since he wasn’t using it, it only has one gear and has a basket in front, but fuck’eh is it kool! Since all my friends live within biking distance and since I had the day off (Shuubun no hi-I don’t have any idea what this holiday is for, lol) I decided to go for a ride around my ward of the city.
It was fun, except there was a fire in some house a couple hundred meters away from my place so there were all these police cars and shit, but other than that everybody else was actin’ fine. I rode around the whole ward, being able to not worry about parking and short cut through the alley ways really made an impact on me wanting to use this bike as much as possible
As for tonight, I cooked myself some curry and it was like sex except w/o the crying (hehehe, gotcha :p )!!!! I just cooked the onions, carrots, and beef w/ a bunch of garlic (whole clove!!) and then after it was kinda cooked through on the curry sauce and let it cook and stem a little more, I think this is the best food I have ever cooked (like srsly)!
Anywayz, thats the update, I decided to keep on with this diet, but not be so strict. Being strict on myself was limiting my creativity (remember, I lost weight in Tokyo eatin whatever I wanted), so I am gonna just limit my portions of that “bad/high” calorie food and completely try to stay away from the fast food (except the kaiten zushi, I luv that stuff) and try to bike and be more active every day

lol, I went to the gym again with my Ethiopian buddy Tony 2 days ago to work out and it was a major improvement. It didn’t matter what we were doing just cause we were worrying about that second and just talking first. Instead of trying to go the limit when weight lifting Tony told me to go really light and just try to do a lot of reps that way. We used all the machines and stayed there for an hour and found out that we can rent gear for playing sports and other shit while we are there. IT was fun and got to know Tony more, here’s been here for 10 years and is married and has a very cute little half-japanese baby boy.
Anywayz, it’s 2 days later and my chest is killing me! I read online that you are supposed to “stretch” before and after a work out, but HOW-THE-FUCK do you stretch your “CHEST”??? I’m no doctor, but if I was one, I would still be like:
Sam-”Hey Jim, like yesterday in class Dr. McSmartass told me that you can ‘stretch’ the human chest.”
Jim-”Whoaaaa dude?”
Sam=”Yah, lik srsly??”
Jim-”Lets go smoke some doobage”
Sam=”…you still outta maple syrup?”
….and I was just, um, bored there for a little while…
Anywayz, its 2 days later and my chest hurts, except there is soooo much fat layered ontop of the muscles that rubbing shit like “ICY-HOT” and “TIGER PALM” only gets my nipples hard and smelling like menthol…
Otherwise, the diet is goin fine, eating mostly vegies, today I cheated and ate some Macdonalds, but whatever, getting some progress done. I decided to only track my weight on a monthly basis, I think that it will be more motivating than doing it every post. Thanks again to all who read these random, impulsive posts full of bad grammar and spelling (but hey, after TEACHING English all day I don’t give a fuck how it sounds in my off time, lulz).

Hey blog,
So I know it’s been a little while since the last post, been a little busy is all. So I have been stickin with the diet for the most part, like it said in the last post I have been cheatin a little bit here and there. The other day I went to Costco to get some fruit (since it’s cheaper to drive an hour roundtrip than pay for it at the local shops) and I stopped in the food court and bought myself a coke, slice of pizza, and a hot dog. I hadn’t eaten anything like that for a week or so and wow I was pretty surprised how my body reacted…
Don’t get me wrong, it tasted great! But afterwards I felt like shit…Like had a massive headache and it felt like the pizza and hawt dog were trying to g¥force their way out of my body through teh little pores in my skinage bros >.< !!!!
Aside from that, just been chillin. Vacation is over, so my African budz and I are gonna start going to the sport place by their house (like 8 minute drive from my place), its got weight lifting stuff and some of the younger kids that I play with in the park go there as weel after school, so yeah, kool.
Anywayz, thats its. I really need to start getting more ideas for meals, getting bored here, lol.

Went to the gym, didn’t know what to do after stretching so I just tried all the machines and did about 30 reps for each one. Just like learning Japanese I’ll get the hang of it and make my own routine for it eventually ;D
