…is not happening yet.  lol, this commitment shit is bullshit, lol.  I keep wanting to go to the gym, but keep getting sidetracked by friends and work, fuckin -.-

 

I understand if I want fast results I gotta be all hardcore about this and no cheatin what-so-ever, which even means stop eating school lunch.  I don’t talk much about my work on my youtube or my blog, mostly because it’s nobody’s business, but also, because my v/blog was never so supposed to be about my work, just cause there are already sooo many people out there bloging about that same job out there on teh internets.  To get down to the point, at work we have GREAT lunches!!!  It might just be school lunches, but when comparing to what I grew up with in the States, this is like comparing Wolfgang-expensive-cuisine-teh-black-black to garbage at the baby diaper center 0,0

 

So, when I did this diet last year, I was at a school where the food wasn’t that good and was cold as fuck!  The combination of freezing cold weather with being presented with not so appetizing food made it more possible for me to get through this.

 

Last year I was 20 lbs. lighter on that diet and felt light and more in control of my appeitite, I don’t know where I lost it, but I think it was eating the same shit everyday.  Break down of what I ate in general:

Breakfast: Fruit

Snack: Fruit

Lunch: Salad

Snack: Fruit

Dinner:Cooked vegie meal

 

Seems like a good plan to go off of and worrying about the small details later?

Rules about the diet:

-No dairy, anything with dairy=AIDS and DEATH

-No bread, or proccessed carbs like pasta and shit

-No meat (well, a little is ok, but only for taste :D )

-No desserts/junkfood/fastfood/sexwithhookers/etc.

 

The whole point of this change in diet is to get your body the nutrients it needs as fast as you can and get them in there and since you are eating more food than calories combined, you actually SHIT out your extra weight you are trying to lose…or something along those lines.

 

I was thinking about doing this and still eating school lunch (which agian, is fuckin awesome, tastes great, is fuckin cheap and 2nds are always available), but if I am gonna do this I gotta fuckin’ go all out!  Enough of this pussyfootin around bullshit!  Time to kill somebody!…I…I, mean make this diet shit work!  I promised myself that I would be 32inch waist by August next year and I have been lazy not doing shit!  I just gotta experiment the FUCK outta everything and see what I like and see what I hate!  

 

Like the first time I posted teh blog:

This is not supposed to be a DIET, this is supposed to be a CHANGE in DIET…forever.  So I can live longer and have a more awesome physically able life…and stuff.

 

ANywayz, enough of me bitchin’, can’t do anything til I get off my ass and do it!  I’ll cancel the school lunch from next week on!  Also, a vid will be comin soon on my diet update.

I am a bad man

 

Why was I cheating so much on this diet?  BEcause I was thinking this shit would be the end of the world if I failed, but when I did “fail”the world did not in fact end.  So I kept cheating and have been making my weight stable instead of decreasing it, but I have been happy with that.

 

BUT I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT!  I HATE, ABSOLUTELY “HATE” SALAD!  I mean, unless there is some nice malt and vinegar sauce on there (which little, if any sauce is allowed on this change of eating habits).  But I figured it out!  I can cheat!  But don’t make it a big deal!  Like if I wanna eat some curry, eat some curry, but eat a very small portion!  And have that accompany a very BIG salad!  I mean, its better to have a quater of a burger spread over the course of a week vs.  eating at once.  I don’t know, I am still trying to figure this shit out.  But no worries, I am feeling fine and been biking more and stuff.

You all just stay classy and keep doing your thing ;)

128 kil. still :D . . . . . . . . . . . . . .yup.

So I haven’t lost any weight been cheatin too much or somethin, but I am feeling A LOT better! Yesterday my friend Katz gave me his bike since he wasn’t using it, it only has one gear and has a basket in front, but fuck’eh is it kool! Since all my friends live within biking distance and since I had the day off (Shuubun no hi-I don’t have any idea what this holiday is for, lol) I decided to go for a ride around my ward of the city.

It was fun, except there was a fire in some house a couple hundred meters away from my place so there were all these police cars and shit, but other than that everybody else was actin’ fine. I rode around the whole ward, being able to not worry about parking and short cut through the alley ways really made an impact on me wanting to use this bike as much as possible ;)

As for tonight, I cooked myself some curry and it was like sex except w/o the crying (hehehe, gotcha :p )!!!! I just cooked the onions, carrots, and beef w/ a bunch of garlic (whole clove!!) and then after it was kinda cooked through on the curry sauce and let it cook and stem a little more, I think this is the best food I have ever cooked (like srsly)!

Anywayz, thats the update, I decided to keep on with this diet, but not be so strict. Being strict on myself was limiting my creativity (remember, I lost weight in Tokyo eatin whatever I wanted), so I am gonna just limit my portions of that “bad/high” calorie food and completely try to stay away from the fast food (except the kaiten zushi, I luv that stuff) and try to bike and be more active every day :D

Yo wad up peoplez?

First I gotta really say thanks to all you guys who have been checking out my
blog and giving out suggestions and support my way, I really do appreciate it.

Sooooooooooo, I wanted to talk about about dinner ideas. So far I have been keeping to
my diet pretty well, breakfast and lunch are going great, but what the fuck about teh dinnerz???
The first 2 meals of the day are very simple and easy to make, just oranges and salad, but when
I get home from the days deed I am fuckin tired and not wanting to go allllllllll the way to the fuckin
kitchen (I mean come on, its like 5 ft. away -.-). With all that in mind, I have been eating out at places that sell stuff like choco-bread and 牛丼(gyuudon-beef bowls) and shizzle like that, so it’s not as bad as macdonalds, but it still isn’t the 100% I am going for.

You guys got any ideas for me? I am looking at sites for simple vegan/”eat to live” diner recipes that I can make a lot of leftovers from -.-

1st couple days

My sleep schedule has been all fucked up because I’m on vacation, so I usually have been going waking up at noon, falling asleep at 9pm, waking up at midnight and then going to bed around 5-7am. ちょううううfucking変だよね?. So my meals for the last couple days have been:

Breakfast: 2 cups of water 2 sliced oranges

Lunch: 2 cups of water Big Salad- romaine lettuce, cucumber, half carrot, spinach, half avocado, handful of walnuts, really sliced onions and baby tomato w/ goma (sesame dressing)

Dinner: 2 cups of water Yakisoba-cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, mushrooms, sweet potato, seaweed, ginger.

Snacks: -Any kind of tea(I’ve been drinking nothing but oolong tea lately though), -Oranges and Grapes (since those were on sale @ Costco) -Smoothies (I bought a tone of frozen fruit & soy milk from Costco, so I can drink those any time I want!!! And it’s not cheating, so its a good way to get a lot of my fruits/tofu/soy in my daily routine.

Cool, hope that was interesting enough :D

As for the exercise, just been walking, but since its been raining here a lot recently, I haven just been chillin in the house, but I’ve already went down from 128 kilos to 125 kilos :)

One of the commenting dudes suggested I only take a picture once a month because it will show the “real” results, which makes sense, so thats what I’ll do from here on out.
